I’m Kristian Berg, head of the jury, and I went through bonus terms, minimum odds, payouts and payment methods at 25 bookmakers that take Norwegian players. Every class has one winner and two nominees; you’ll find the deciding figure under the winner. The Norwegian version is at beste bettingsider.

Which betting site is best in Norway?
Unlimit is the best betting site in Norway overall, with 9.1 out of 10. Monsino and Winzie have the same score, so the deciding factor was payout speed: Unlimit’s Instant Banking typically pays out in under 10 minutes. That is what puts it ahead in the overall award.
If you want the most bonus for your money, Quickz wins that category. You get 100% up to €500 with the code WELCOME500. The terms matter here: wagering is 6x deposit plus bonus, minimum odds are 1.50, and you have 21 days to meet the requirement.
For no wagering at all, the winner is Winsly. It gives you 25% of your stake back as a free bet on each of your first 7 sports bets, up to €350. The minimum odds are 1.80. That is a different offer from a deposit bonus, so keep the free-bet format in mind when comparing them.
For getting money out fast, SlotOwl wins the withdrawal category. It processes bank withdrawals the same working day, with a maximum of 48 hours.
Norwegians search for these comparisons as «beste bettingsider» and «norske bettingsider». You can find the same awards on the Norwegian home page.
What 6x deposit + bonus means in NOK
If you deposit NOK 800 at Unlimit, Monsino, Winzie, Reblz, SlotOwl or Quickz, the 100% bonus gives you another NOK 800. That leaves NOK 1,600, but the important number is what you must wager, not just what lands in your balance.
The requirement is 6x deposit + bonus: 6 × NOK 1,600 = NOK 9,600 to wager. Your bets need odds of 1.50 or higher, and you have 21 days to complete the requirement.
Then there is the counting limit. Each bet counts for at most 20% of the bonus. With an NOK 800 bonus, that means no more than NOK 160 per bet counts towards the NOK 9,600. You therefore need at least 60 bets, and more if the amounts that count are smaller. I would not read “6x” without checking that limit alongside it.
The operators advertise in euros, while their own NOK table says €20 = NOK 200. I use that stated conversion when reading the offer.
Compared with the runner-up, the difference is the requirement itself. Winsly has no wagering requirement, unlike those six offers, but each free bet must be used within 24 hours, with minimum odds of 1.80. No wagering does not mean no conditions.
Payments and payouts for players in Norway
For payments in Norway, Monsino, Unlimit and Winzie each list nine methods: Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Revolut, Jeton, MiFinity, bank transfer, Instant Banking, Skrill/Neteller and Paysafecard. That gives you several options, but the card option needs a qualification: Norwegian banks can decline card payments. Revolut, Jeton and bank transfer are the usual alternatives, so I would keep those in mind rather than assume your card will work.
Then there is the payout time, which is a separate point from the number of payment methods. The maximum stated in the terms is 48 hours at SlotOwl, Winsly and Reblz, compared with 72 hours at most of the others. Those are the maximum times the terms give, not a promise that every payout takes exactly that long.
For the account currency, the picture is consistent across the top of the list: all nine bookmakers offer accounts in Norwegian kroner (NOK). So you have NOK accounts throughout, while the payment choices and stated payout limits are the points to compare.
Norwegian betting terms you will meet
The Norwegian betting terms you will meet are easier to follow once you have their English equivalents. An «oddsbonus» is a sports welcome bonus, while «omsetningskrav» means wagering requirement and «minsteodds» means minimum odds. Those are three terms to recognise when you read the Norwegian wording rather than the English version.
Then you have «innskudd», which means deposit, and «uttak», which means withdrawal. For an accumulator, the terms are «kombinasjonsspill» or the shorter «kombi»; both refer to the same thing. «bettingselskaper» simply means betting companies. And «free bet» is used just as it is in English, so that wording will already be familiar to you.
If you want the explanations in Norwegian, the Norwegian pages explain each of these terms in Bettingskolen.
